| I TOLD YOU SO!!! |

I really cannot resist a good taunt so I found these pieces in the lies today priceless; they also go a long way to vindicate what I had to say about Korea in the last four years or so. Since the Lies is mouthpiece of Comrade Roh and the Keystone Commies, one can take these HUGE climb-downs as proof that Comrade Roh is washed up and reconstruction of Korea's economy and international reputation can resume. Both stories are intricately intertwined: First: http://times.hankooki.com/lpa...
Roh Accepts Court Ruling on Capital Relocation
President Roh Moo-hyun said Monday he would accept the Constitutional Court’s ruling against his capital relocation project but pledged to continue to seek balanced regional development through other means
It must have been damned hard for Comrade Roh to admit defeat on the biggest pillar of his platform. This is a direct slap in the face to the Dear Leader, PSPD and the Jeolla Fifth column. Further, carpet baggers who thought they would make a fortune on property speculation in Chong-ju will deservedly lose their shirts. Futher, and this is probably not much of an issue in Korea, a beautiful area will be saved, for now at least.
The real reason is here:
Turning to economic issues, Roh said his government would mobilize a variety of macroeconomic policies to help the economy grow by at least 5 percent next year.
I can't see how this will do much as tons of pump priming has already been done. See Japan's record on this respect.
``We are making efforts to reinvigorate the country's economy with comprehensive `New Deal-like’ investment projects,’’ Roh said
Uhm..it was Comrade Roh's left-wing experiments were the problem to begin with. Korea needs facility investment and a sane labour maket, not more pork. You can read the rest yourself.
Even more amazing is the editorial:http://times.hankooki.com/lpa...
South Korea - US Alliance Bilateral Ties Face Major Turning Point
Seems Korea needs America more than it wants to admit but even the rhetoric is still there.

Well, here I am again. I did not formerly end the Rant and will add one every now and again. The Mob that Runs America, ie Cheney, Haliburton and Bu$h (in that order) will stop at nothing to get re-elected. MARK THESE WORDS: THERE WILL BE A "TERROR ALERT" IN OCTOBER. My guess it will start around the 25th and go until about November 5th. Why these dates, you ask? Because the administration will want to frighten parents on Haloween and tell them "Only we can make you safe." There will be lots of TV footage showing Trick-or-Treaters being escorted by tanks and armoured cars and how "the Terrorists" are poisoning candy. No doubt some will be found and even if it turns out to be a hoax, the affect will be the same. When Oct 31 passes without incident, stories like this will run "Viligance of Homeland Security prevents Halloween terror attacks." Expect heavy military and police action around polling stations. If this predection does not turn out, I will never blog again. Flame away.
